for years, you have entrusted us with your celebrations, and your support has always inspired my husband ko’s heartfelt cooking. i’ve been proud to support him behind the scenes. now, a wonderful opportunity calls him overseas to develop a cuisine.
and so, the keys to Le plônc have been passed to me.
i am excited to introduce the japanese dishes i learned from my parents—food built on soul, memory, and warmth. it’s the food that nourished me, and i can’t wait to share it with you.
Le plônc has always been a place of love. that won’t change; the love will just be simmering in a different pot.
ko will be cheering me on from afar, and i hope you will, too. i look forward to welcoming you to share in my hospitality, one family recipe at a time.
